Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Products purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions.

  • Size or color preference issues after order delivery unless the wrong item was shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos and your order number.

  3. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • For any other approved return circumstances, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
